Looks like u have a cavity in ur tooth that has gone beyond the living part of the tooth called pulp or nerve so u need to get the RCT done but prior to that u need to get the intraoral x-ray done and mouth ulcer if not frequent then just take a tab . becosules for 2 times a day for 5 days and apply clinora gel/ dologel CT over the affected area.
