Go for opg xray ,if your tooth is impacted then go for extraction.

Pain increase while chewing. Pain increase while swallowing. You may have radiating pain in your ear neck and head. For pain relief, 1. Warm salt water gargles three times a day. 2. Do Good Brushing, Maintain that area completely clean, you may have pain or bleeding while brushing it's a quite normal thing, Don't get food stuck over that area. 3. Capsule Mox 500Mg 3times a day for 3 days. Tablet Brufen 400Mg 3times a day for 3days. Avoid medicines if you have any allergy from penicillin and ibuprofen.
