Took I pill a week ago (which was the day after about 1 week after my last period), I haven't had any bleeding until now but can observe change in consistency and odour in discharge. What are the chances of pregnancy? I am going to a gynecologist today, if they do an ultrasound will they be able to see anything?

Pregnancy can be detected after 3 weeks of intercourse. Or when you miss your period date.
