Any medication has to be consulted by your general physician as they know better about your
kidney status and can judge as to which drug will be mild on your kidney.
Acetaminophen can be used at its lowest dose, but again please don't use any OTC drug till your doctor prescribes it.
Rather than all these complications get the treatment related to that tooth done. If that needs an extraction please proceed further.
