Tonsillitis and sinusitis from 2 weeks

I am having pain in my throat and tonsils.I am unable to swallow food properly due to pain.There is cough and throat pain while coughing.Do i need antibiotic or will it get better on its own?

As per symptoms.. you might be suffering from Ac pharyngitis. ? Tonsillitis. Please start Tab. Augmentin duo 1000 Twice daily after meals for 5 days. Tab. Nexpro RD 20 once daily empty stomach for 5 days. Tab. Signoflam P twice after meals for 3 days. Tab. Alerid D once daily at night for 5 days. Take All Medicine Only if you are not allergic to these antibiotics and pain killer.

Antibiotic will be required. Start with the following medicines 1. Tab. Augmentin Duo 625mg 1 tab 2 times a day 2. Tab. Zerodol-SP 1 tab 2 times a day. 3. Tab. Sinarest 1 tablet 2 times a day. 4. Gargle 2 times a day with Betadine gargle.
