I have had this tongue ulcer for over a month now. I has been taking all kinds of vitamins and also multivitamins it just doesn't seem to go away. I have been recently diagnosed as a diabetic patient. I fear it's cancerous. Please kindly reply what should I do?

Please visit your dentist and go for oral screening,usually ulcers tend to heal within a week,if not than ask dentist to look for any sharp edges of tooth which may be hurting your tongue.
