Tongue ulcer

I have an ulcer on tongue since 1 month,, when i am taking vitamin b-complex ,vizylac then it will go slowly slowly and once the medicine got over then i got the ulcer again,please suggest i should go to dentist or E&T doctor

Many times these ulcers are to stress, believe me they can get away easily with help of good sleep with a good water drinking habits & mild medication.
