Hi, my son is 3 yrs old .. He is having gaps in his  teeth. And he pronounce some letters like s t d etc by keeping his tongue out... Iam worried is it a tongue thrust or what kind of problem it is? Will this go by age?.. Plz suggest ..

Gap in milk tooth is natural. This gap is required to accommodate permanent tooth as permanent tooth are bigger in size as compared to milk tooth. No need to worry about it. Just wait for few years.
