My tongue is light white in colour and sometimes red patches develops on the surface of tongue which causes a sensation of burning,but those patches disappears within 2-3 days without medication and again reappears within some days Why the colour of tongue is white and what are the causes of those patches? Please give me a solution

Could be due to depappilation of tongue pappilla resulting in burning mouth syndrome or geographic tongue.or could be due to fungal infection candida sps. Nothing to worry .To be safe consult a dentist.
