Hello , the white patches on tongue , since how long its there or when u hv noticed ?? duration?? Do u have burning sensation  on tongue or either on cheeks??  Plz give a detail history . On the cheeks, your wisdom teeth which are stuck.inside the bone seem to be causing the problem. On the tongue ,do you experience any burning sensation? Is the white coating, scrapeable with a.tongue cleaner?
