It's a normal papillae present in everyone, with a little increased size in few. Untill unless there is  pain , bleeding or sudden increase in size no intervention needed

Hello, It's a normal Outward projection of the Circumvallate papilla over the tongue. 90% of the human population has the same thing but some of them may have more prominent. Papilla while some of them may not. No need to worry about this. Just stop visualising this structure over your tongue again and again in the mirror and just remove the thought of these things from your mind.
