Tongue cut

Due to tooth sharpness.. my tongue cutter in side a small.. but due to daily contact the cut not yet healed for a last 4 months.. there in the cut small white patch and some time pain... what to do.. I m very worried.. is it any cancerous

No need to worry . Trauma to your tongue is definitely due to regular contact with sharp edges of your tooth/teeth. You should undergo Enameloplasty for the trauma to surrender. Avoid spicy & hot food . Quit smoking/chewing tobacco if you do so. Chances of cancer is near to none. But if you want to clear you doubt on that then you can get it checked with an Oral Pathologist/Oral Medicine specialist.
