Hello well it's quite possible that you are facing muscular spasm... suggest you to use any analgesic spray for the time being... it's better you consult an orthopaedician and get yourself examined to r ule out causes related to spine or postural problems...thank you

Hello There, Low intensity right side of back pain radiating towards Hip and upper thigh suggests Spondylosis. But if pain is accompanied with  Fever, Burning micturation and Nausea/Vomiting then Renal Calculi and Pelvic Inflammatory disease should be ruled out. For Final diagnosis; Usltrasonography of Abdomen and Pelvis, X-Ray Lumbo-Sacral Spine, Complete Blood Count and Urine Routine/ Micro rests may be  required.
