I had my toe nail broken 2 days ago which now feels better in pain still cant walk. Attaching image. Condition of wound is also better but i can see kind of swelling on bottom side. Do i need antibiotics for wound. Also i had tt vaccine 1.5 months ago, do i need to redo? If antibiotics needed please suggest name. I am dressing it twice a day cleaning with dettol and applying neosprin. Pls advice further
