When I was cleaning my tongue through tongue cleaner after forcely womenting then a little blood fallen in was basin. So please suggest it is how and what should we do. ;

As per your description you might have some injury in the tongue during cleaning..may use antiseptic gargle for few days.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
