Does smokeless tobacco like haans increase blood pressure or heart related problems. What will happen if you consume for a longer time

Tobacco is dangerous in any form. Haans is tobacco leaf, and is chewed. Your risk of Oral Cancer is almost 100% if you consume Haans, and rest assured, you will DIE early. Kindly avoid all forms of Tobacco.
