Without pregnancy test you can not say she is not having pregnancy.Do pregnancy test either by urine or Blood (Bhcg).If negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal or wait for few more days.

Hi.. Please do a pregnancy test first. If it is negative get an ultrasound done before taking medicine for bleeding to know the cause.
