Is there any OTC medicine for delaying periods for two or three days as they can clash with some urgent religious ceremony, without any side effects. My periods are totally regular and I don't have any other gynaecology related issues. I track my periods via App and the cycles are punctual n accurate as per app. Kindly guide. Thanks
