Pain in Masseter muscle and the joint due to tmd. Tried Class IV laser therapy. Not worked. What to do next. Pain has become almost permanent.

need to check your occlusion. there is a technique by which we can diagnose b/w OMD and TMD, your problem can be diagnosed properly.
