Hello , how long ur are experiencing  tmj pain and also how long u hv a palpable lymphnode ??? U upload d picks  of the lymph node by holding between two fingers . U also need a cbct scan for tmj . Need to consult oral medicine and radiologist. I m an oral Medicine and radiologist  u can videocondult me or can visit an Oral Medicine and Radiologist  available at ur Station.  As palpation and proper tmj evaluation is required .
