Your pain might not be due to the fall...it may be due to strain followed by the fall..which would lead the muscles with spasm and inhibition...
I recommend you to
Ice frequently 3 to 4 times in a day..Pain will come down...
Start with rehabilitation of the forearm..it will prevent any future problems...
Everything will be alright...
