My period is regular this month it was on 21st My cycle is 28 days I want to know to ovulation And some tips how to conceive I had miscarriage in Feb Now I'm trying from 3-4 months Please help

8 to 18 day is fertile period and if 28 day cycle ovulation happens on 14th day of cycle. Even after 1 yr of unprotected intercourse u r not pregnant then it is infertility and consult Gynec for further treatment
