I have tiny stone at the floor of my mouth as i feel something is located under my tounge since 1 year i do not have any pain what is called something like such stone please explain me what should i do now i had a root canal treatment before 10 years ago so is this effect due to this treatment something else ? My crown cap also pull out from the tooth which was treat with root canal.

its called sailolthesis , u shud visit ent specialist . it shows problem with ur sublingual or submandibular salivary gland . it has no relation with root canal treatment. replace the cap of the concerned tooth.

It’s salivary gland stone and can be removed by a simple surgical procedure . It’s similar to kidney stones It’s not urgent ... unless it’s causing repeated issues.
