I have tiny bumps in my forehead and all over my face past few days. These are very itchy and irritating. I live in very humid environment. Recently I take my facial from a parlour since then I got these. Please help me to cure these.

May be due to heat and humidity these type of rashes comes apply ice cubes over the area if no improvement consult a dermatologist
