Hba1c is 7.4 now i am feeling tingling sensation in my feet gradually increasing, i have a foamy urine.

neuropathy In diabetes is mainly due to mylination defect due to vitamin B12  deficiency

Generally Tingling sensation in feet is due to deficiency of Vitamin B12 but particularly in case of Diabetes It must be due to neuropathy plus metformin also declines B12 level so diabetic patient are more vulnerable for the same

May be due to Dm Nueropathy. Pl take Tab. Methicobol 1500 mcg, 1 tab once a day in the night after food for 1 month. Pl consult.
