My merriege complete on 21 November and I will come in time in 4 December but today is 9 and my period is not coming so does it means i am pregnant??? And last week I am week so I take a doctor medicine for weakness please give me solution

Get cbc done to rule out hemoglobin deficiency since you are feeling weak.Confirm pregnancy by pregnancy  kit available in chemist shop.
