Tightness in head

From March 2020 I am feeling pressure in my head tightness in neck and jaws. I am also hearing very slight sounds in my ears. In Feb 2020 I had anxiety after that I am suffering from the above.

Please give a proper history to rectify ur problem. When it was started, how did it start n it will be aggravated or relieved. Associated with any other features. How did u say due to anxiety. What r the features u have noticed to say that u have anxiety
