Tightening and pain sensation

I had a peroneal tendon surgery on my right foot. Now I have a plaster in my foot. While moving my toes i am having a pinching sensation near my surgery wound. Is this a major issue or just some after effects of surgery

when were you operated?if this is within 3 weeks of surgery then all this is normal.Post surgery discomfort is normal so don't worry about it.If it causes you extreme discomfort disturbing sleep and daily activities please visit your Orthopaedic surgeon.
