Can physiotherapy help with tight psoas and hip muscle which is causing abdominal content to move upwards and also my right foot is turned outwards.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello.... If your are taking of hernia it has to be treated surgically exercise even aggravates protrusion.... If you have pendulous abdomen exercise strengthen rectus abdominis muscles... So you must tell problem... Consult orthopedic surgeon for outward foot deviation.
