Tight muscle between neck and shoulder

On the left neck I am facing tightness of muscle. What exercises would you prefer ?

You can do side bend and side rotation. Then you can hold the position for 30 seconds if pain aggravates just stop and if you feel stretching pain you can proceed with your exercise.
