Tight foreskin

I am having a tight foreskin i am able to pull it down and up but I will have to use my two hands to stretch and pull it up basically it's not free moving upwards and downwards I will have to stretch and force a little to bring it down. What is the solution for this ?

This sounds like mild tight foreskin (phimosis). If you can pull it back without pain or getting stuck, it’s usually not urgent, but a urologist can assess how significant the tightness is.
