Please help me to understand whether tibia got fractured or not if yes,  the intensity of fracture and the area of fracture. I have attached x-ray images

There is a minimal fracture of lateral tibial plateau . I would treat it without surgery in a 59years old female

Yes it is fractured. Lateral tibial plateau fracture. Ideally it should be operated as it is involving joint but patient other factors have to be considered like patient mobility before fracture, age, weight and so on.
