Thyroid tsh 4 during pregnancy

I am 9 weeks pregnant, I got to know that TSH level is 4 during 9 th week . I started taking thyroid medicine from 9 th week. Will that affect my child development.

TSh should be less than 2.5  in  pregnancy if you are regular with medication it would not affect the development of the child
