Hello, for your age TSH level is over the upper limit of normal..which means that you might have low thyroid  problem also called hypothyroidism. But based on the level you reported it cannot be decided whether you need to start treatment right away or not. It can only be decided based on clinical examination and if needed anti thyroid antibody test. Because there are few conditions which can affect thyroid temporarily also..

Treatment is not needed unless ur Anti TPO antibodies are positive or u r symptomatic or u have goitre
