Thyroid test needed again or start meds

Just took TSH test today.. TSH value in report is 14.. so doctor made tests for T4 and FT4.. Results for T4 is 15 and FT4 is 0.9 My weight is normal and feeling well pls suggest whether to take medication or retake test after some time before starting medication
