Hello. A TSH level of 4.830\text{ uIU/mL} indicates mild subclinical hypothyroidism, which can frequently cause hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and menstrual irregularities—such as your recent sudden, painful, and short period. Concurrently, your acute loose motions have led to significant fluid loss, causing the severe body weakness you are currently feeling.
Next Steps
Immediate Care Plan: Prioritize oral rehydration immediately to combat the extreme weakness. Sip on Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) solution, tender coconut water, or buttermilk continuously throughout the day. Avoid taking further random antibiotics like Norflox TZ without a proper clinical check, as they can sometimes irritate the stomach lining further. Stick to a very bland diet like curd rice or rice gruel.
Health Tips
Recommended Evaluation: You should undergo a proper fasting Thyroid Profile, a Complete Blood Count (CBC) to check for anemia, and a pelvic ultrasound if irregular cycles continue. If your weakness worsens or you cannot retain fluids, please seek in-person medical care immediately. For a structured treatment roadmap, a dedicated prescription, and direct follow-up, you can book a consultation via my profile or instantly message me on WhatsApp at: six three six nine four six zero five seven seven.

A TSH of 4.83 is borderline and the sudden heavy periods followed by abrupt stopping is a pattern that thyroid can cause. Both need to be looked at together.
Next Steps
See a gynaecologist and share this TSH result with them. They may want to repeat the test fasting and check free T3, T4 as well.
