Thyroid problem

My TSH value is 16, doctor has prescribed 25mg thyroxine. Is it ok to have fish or chicken weekly once or I have to completely avoid it?

Fish 8 to 10 days gap ok, and along with took more veg fruits, and avoid soya, tofu, broccoli, cauliflower etc.for better results can get thyroid lower food diet from your dietician or doctor. Thyroid diet more helpful to maintain TSH value, slowly diet will reduce ur medicine does also.so talk with nearest dietician.

Yes Absolutely!! No problem in having fish and chicken weekly once. Rest u can take care by doing workout and also by eating healthy like having salads and also having fruit.

Yes you can have non veg in moderate amount. Only thing you have to take care of oil amount you are using for cooking non veg. In thyroid soya products,  cruciferous family vegetable (gobhi family vegetable) and peanuts not allowed
