My TSH (ultrasensitive) is around 10 mIU/mL. And anti TPO Antibody is 229.2 IU/mL. My doctor has prescribed me Thyronorm 50 mcg which has to be continued lifelong. Is there anyway that I can avoid the medicine

Medicine shall be continued for long timed till TSH comes normal Dose of thyronorm shall be adjusted, as oer the thyroid function tests.

Elevated TSH and a significant raised TPO antibody indicates that you may have autoimmune thyroid disorder. You may have to continue taking thyronorm ,but the dosage may vary according to the periodic thyroid function tests.
