There is no doubt her thyroid is not functioning well. TSH is markedly raised. At this point of time, proper history and associated symptoms need to know. Definitely thyroxine is required but the dose can only be decided on the basis of her present condition. Also, you should know how to manage a diet in a thyroid patient.
