Should we wait or consult another doctor? Please suggest us. Thanks IMPRESSION Solid cystic nodule in left lobe of thyroid with few calcific foci as described - probably benign - TIRADS 3. Hi Your thyroid shows TIRADS 3 lesion , it is better to go for FNAC if the lesion is more than 2cm if not you can wait for one month. But there is a lymph node in level 2 with loss of fat hilum . That should be evaluated further . It is better to do biopsy from that node rather than waiting another month.
Next Steps
Ultrasound guided biopsy level 2 node

It's advisable to go ahead with biopsy from the thyroid nodule as soon as possible or FNAC from the level II lymph node
