Thyroid levels during pregnancy and post

1 day before delivery got to know that with blood test that I have thyroid 14 points. Used Thyronorm 50mcg every morning before food. Yesterday again tested and the thyroid value is 2 and became normal. Someone said that it can't reduce that much in short time. Is it true? I'm loosing weight thought because of thyroid but it came to normal. Please suggest Doctor.
