Your  Tsh level is at the upper limits of the normal value and it has increased too. So at this point of time you will need follow up to see if you are going toward hypothyroidism which is common in indian females.  Have a good healthy diet , exercises and 6-7 hrs of sleep.. if still it keeps in increasing  you will need to consult a doctor. Hope this helps
