I am using 75 mcg and thyroid levels are dropped I am planning pregnancy, should I wait till it gets normal or shall I go ahead.

Kindly mention weight and previous TPO reports You need to decrease the thyroxine dosage to 50ug. Pregnancy can be planned once TSH is within 0.5 to 2.5

It is normal now. So you can plan. Take medications as Thyronorm recquirement during pregnancy is high.
