Hi., I can understand your concern. TSH is mildly elevated suggesting hypothyroidism. No need to worry as hypothyroidism and your symptoms can be treated.
Next Steps
take thyronorm 25 mcg morning before food for one month. tab vb7 hair once morning after food for one month - will help in hairfall. tab zerodol sp twice a day after food for 3 days tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 3 days. - will help in pain.
Health Tips
regular walking avoid processed and refrigerated foods.

Need not to worry if T3, T4 and free T4 are within normal limits and asymptotic. Detailed history is needed for further action

TSH level is slightly above normal You have not mentioned about T3 T4 If these two are normal ,and there is a rise in TSH ,it's known as subclinical hypothyroidism In such instances treatment for hypothyroidism is started only if TSH is above 10  or if associated with symptoms or if planning to get pregnant.
Next Steps
get your T3 T4 and liver function tests and lipid profile plus glucose levels and consult with your doctor for further management

Tsh increases in hypothyroidism. But u need tests like t3, fT4, and anti TPO for better results. Consult for treatment. And please dont do homeopathy. It will only cause damage.
