My wife 36years diagnosed with thyroid nodules, we did FNAC, both scanning and FNAC reports attached. Please check and let me know if there is anything to worry? What is the treatment? Thyroid test reports are as below: TSH = 2.1 T3 = 107 T4 = 8.78

TFT normal She has any symptoms? Normally more than 4cm nodule required any intervention/RFA/surgery Consult general surgery doctor for further evaluation and management
