Thyroid and prolactin report analysis

I had a thyroid and prolactin serum test.First of all i want to know if i have a thyroid and secondly why oral contraceptive and pregnancy related is mentioned in prolactin serum report? I never took any contraception pills

Your reports are normal. Oral contracptive and pregnancy related normal values are usually written in all reports for reference. It does not mean it is related to you.
