Iam 27 years old. This is my second pregnancy. In first trimester TSH is 4.35. Gynec prescribed levothyroxine 25mg for 3months.know I have thyroid test it is 2.65. Shall I continue the medicine or not

Continue. And follow up with ur doctor. Repeat TSh after 6 weeks. As thyroxine  doses might be increased later if tsh rises beyond 3
