Due to thyroid disbalance losseing weight, and having body ache also..She has Blod pressure issue also.

She is having hyperthyroidism that means high thyroid hormone levels. Need more details like is she on thyroid medication already or detected now only, need complete history. Better to consult General Physician with all details.

You most probably have Grave’s disease. Several options available. Starting with tablets for 12-18montjs and assessment or radioactive treatment or surgery. Last two will keep you on life long thyroid tablets.
