I have been having a sore throat since morning today. Additionally, I threw up my dinner twice as well. Now I am hungry but scared to eat , as I might vomit again. What all can I eat that's filling as well and doesn't aggravate my throat infection.

Sore throat can occur due to acute tonsilitis/pharyngitis/hyperacidity..so on.. need local examination for proper diagnosis.. visit an ENT specialist for assessment and treatment..
