Mam I feel something struck in my throat ... For past 1 week is it any problem??? And Sometimes vomitting sensation but vomit is not coming

May be pharyngitis .. but sore throat now a days should be evaluated for covid 19. Go for RTPCR test and isolate yourself till you get report.. till then do warm saline gurgle.
